Pedro Acosta, APRN

I am a Cuban doctor with 30 years of medical experience. I graduated as a physician in the city of Camagüey, Cuba, from the ISCM Carlos J. Finlay. I obtained my degree as a Pediatrician in the year 2000 and worked as the head of the Emergency Department at the Children's Hospital for a period of 8 years. I moved to the United States in 2008 and have been working as a registered nurse involved in adult care since 2014. I served as the Director of Nursing for a home health agency for several years before becoming a family nurse practitioner in 2022. My best days are when I see patients improve after treatment. Hearing their gratitude for helping them feel better is my greatest joy. I am a husband, father, and son, so when I am not at work, I love being with my family, which is very important to me.

Yeinet Olivera, MD President

In 2007, I left behind my island and the unfulfilled dream of becoming a doctor right before graduation. I arrived in the United States with a suitcase full of dreams, seeking the same as everyone else... "A better life". Determined to pursue my passion, I immersed myself in the medical field, starting as a Medical Assistant in OB/Gyn specialty while studying Diagnostic Ultrasound at night. I graduated as ultrasound tech in 2010 and have been working in Maternal Fetal Medicine and gynecology for over 15 years. Despite the challenges I had to overcome, I acquired multiple degrees; a Master in Biomedics, a Bachelor in Science and a Bachelor in Surgery. I finally graduated as a Medical Doctor in the United States in 2019.

I founded Yeoli Imaging in 2018 and have been providing mobile ultrasound services since 2020. I am the President of Family MI Center, a Medical and Diagnostic Center focused on providing comprehensive healthcare for the entire family. With my story, I hope to encourage others not to give up and to fight for their dreams... Even though life constantly tests us, faith, resilience, and determination can turn any obstacle into an opportunity to achieve all your dreams. You just have to set your mind to it.

Dr. Cardoso Molina completed a family medicine residency

at the University of Puerto Rico in July 2017 to June 2020.

He received residency training  in orthopedic and trauma surgery,  at the Carlos J. Finlay University Of Medical Sciences in Camaguey, Cuba, October 2000 to December 2004. He earned his medical degree from the Carlos J. Finlay University Of Medical Sciences in Camaguey, Cuba, September 1991 to July 1997. Dr. Cardoso Molina’s professional affiliations include the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians."
